By accessing and using the EcoAfrica website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service, including volunteers, donors, and partners.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on EcoAfrica's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by EcoAfrica at any time.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

If you volunteer with EcoAfrica, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your volunteer application
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by EcoAfrica staff
• Respect local communities and environmental regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information
• Represent EcoAfrica in a professional and positive manner

EcoAfrica reserves the right to terminate volunteer relationships at any time for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

All donations to EcoAfrica are:

• Voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law
• Used to support our environmental programs and operations
• Eligible for tax deductions where applicable (consult your tax advisor)
• Processed securely through our payment partners

We will provide receipts for all donations and use funds in accordance with our mission and applicable laws.

The materials on EcoAfrica's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. EcoAfrica makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, EcoAfrica does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall EcoAfrica or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EcoAfrica's website, even if EcoAfrica or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
